Returns and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with products purchased from Minimono is very important to us. For this reason, you can exchange or return products purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.

How Does the Return/Exchange Process Work?

  1. You must send the product you wish to exchange or return to us undamaged and unused, along with its original packaging and invoice.

  2. You can send the product free of charge via Sürat Kargo with the following information:

    Company Name: Minimono Bebek Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
    Contract Number: 1313365673

    Please do not forget to specify this contract number during shipment.

  3. After the product reaches us, necessary checks will be performed. If the product meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued within 3-7 business days or an exchange will be processed according to your request.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products not suitable for return due to personal hygiene (e.g., opened covers, high chair covers, etc.)
