All baby products you purchase are covered by a  2-year warranty .

The warranty period starts from the date of product delivery. You can contact us for any manufacturing-related issues that may occur with your product during this period.

How Does the Warranty Process Work?

1. You can send the product to us for inspection. To do this, you can send it via  Sürat Kargo using the information below:

   Contract Number: 1313365673

   Please do not forget to specify this contract number when sending your cargo.

2. Our expert team will examine the product in detail.

3. If it is determined that the problem  is not due to user error , the product will be  repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one.

In cases of user error, repair services may be offered for a fee.
